We are sorry your purchase didn’t work out for you.

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from Ymonnes Closet are eligible for store credit  within 7 days after delivery. Your order will be shipped back to you if it’s not postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition

TOPS AND DRESSES:

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at Ymonnescloset@gmail.com

Grooming products or pierced jewelry cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
