Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information, you can track your package using the shipping carrier stated in the email.

Yes, as long as it is still within our allowed 7 days for return.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Please note that the cost of shipping returns are paid for by the customer, accessories and cosmetics are not returnable.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping takes 3-7 Business Days! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your tracking number sent via email.
Orders over $200 may require a signature at the time of delivery.
International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Ymonne’s Closet is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.
Can I use the theme for multiple shops?
All of our themes are subject to a one-store license, so if you want to utilize the same theme in several live stores, you’ll have to purchase multiple licenses.
